Large Mid-20th Century Replicas. Interesting ghost-like figural sculpture, of a meditating warrior, 22" inches high. Terracotta mixed with paper or paper clay. Procured in Japan directly by interior designer Lucia Lawrence. These sculptures were made for ritual uses during the Kofun period (3rd-6th centuries AD.) in Japan.
