Always the showman, Sammy Davis Jr. was a well-known American singer, dancer, actor, vaudevillian and comedian. In 1933, he started his career in vaudeville with his father Sammy Davis Sr. and the Will Mastin Trio. He later starred in films and performed on stage as a member of the Rat Pack. In his later years, he reunited with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin in 1987 and toured with them and Liza Minnelli until his death in 1990.
