This piece measures roughly 30" long X 20" wide.
Overall nice vintage condition throughout with the slightest possibility for very minor natural age related wear to be found; Most likely in the natural aged crazing in the paint that has taken place over the decades. I would say it this piece could be framed up and hung, ready to display right now.
Tiniest little tear to the fabric border (last pic).

We are assuming this work is from the Nantucket area as the only other example can be found in sold auction listing from Rafael Osona Auctions; Where this piece sold for $1,250 USD (double their auction estimate).
