From the Althorp Living History Collection, Theodore Alexander's AL51003, "The Admiral's Cocktail" is a lively flame mahogany veneer cocktail table with a finely cast brass gallery with crossed sabers over an undulating apron.

Inspired by the 2nd Earl Spencer who was appointed the 1st Lord of the Admiralty in 1795, the beautifully smooth curves of the table flow into the square tapering legs on spade feet.

2 drawers with a complimentary Althorp book given at purchase.. A coin is embedded in one of the drawers that says ‘EARL SPENCER FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY APPOINTED MAR 2 1795”.
