Biography from Imperfect Gallery: Robert Finch, painter and print maker, "is a realist who focuses almost exclusively on the human form" whose career spans a few decades and his work shows it, that mastery, of time devoted to a passion. He has exhibited primarily on the East Coast with one man shows at the Kling Art Gallery, Langman Gallery, and 20th Century Gallery among others. He has participated in many group shows and his work is in numerous private and public collections. After receiving a BFA in Fine Arts from the Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts), Robert has taught in the art departments of PCA, Harcum Junior College, The Main Line Art Center and Haverford School. He was the chairman of Fine Arts at Haverford for many years.
