A fine 19th-century Staffordshire pottery figure titled “FAITH”, dating to around 1860. This classic English Victorian religious figure depicts a robed female figure holding a cross, symbolizing the virtue of Faith. Nicely modeled and decorated in underglaze enamels with subtle gilt highlights and soft blush to the cheeks — characteristic of period Staffordshire craftsmanship.
