A rare and absolutely incredible antique brewery sign from Maclay & Co. Limited – Thistle Brewery, originally located in East Vennel, Scotland. Founded in 1875 by James Maclay, the brewery operated for over a century before being sold and renamed in 1994. This sign is an authentic piece from the original brewery offices, making it a truly historic artifact of Scottish brewing heritage.
Crafted from solid wood and weighing approximately 65 pounds, the sign features beautifully hand-painted lettering with a classic, rustic patina that speaks to its age and character.
