The surface shows controlled drip and pooling in tones of cherry red, plum, and violet, breaking lighter at the rim. The vase stands over sixteen inches tall and has real visual weight on a console, mantle, or center table.

This glaze style, often called flambe or sang de boeuf in the Western market, was highly prized in late Qing and early Republic workshops for its dramatic furnace effects. The foot shows appropriate age and oxidation. Strong decorative presence and an authentic antique look — this is not a recent reproduction.
