Set of six (5x), perfectly matching Water Goblets. They are "Elegant American Glass", made for the luxury market during the Great Depression (1930s), when most had nothing and dared not even dream of the existence of such elegance rendered in glass, for the utilitarian purpose of holding a drink of whatever. The etched pattern here is that of a tropical exotic dreamscape, dominated by Birds of Paradise. The glasses stand 7.75: tall and feature the aforementioned generous etched bowl, a fanciful stem and coordinated etching on the foot.
CAVEAT: There are SIX shown in the photos. ONE PERISHED in inventory and therefore there are only FIVE in this Lot. The Buyer will receive five Water Goblets.”
