Fine pen and watercolor painting by Karmatskaya Galina Ivanovna (1950 - ?). The subject is of Palace Square in St. Petersburg, Russia. Karmatskaya has studied the 19th Century Italian School of watercolors. Her watercolors are in private collections and administrative institutions throughout Russia and Europe.
