Known as the "Cage Table", and designed and manufactured in the 19070s, it is made of a gilded chrome and chrome metal base supporting a square glass beveled top. The base articulates, allowing the user to put it in a square shape (as displayed on pictures) or in a diamond shape ( More suitable if the table is to be used as a console, with a different glass top). Patina of time on the base and minor scratches of use on the glass, very good overall condition. France, C.1970. The open design creates a sense of lightness while showcasing bold geometric style.
