This is a vintage Simmons Metal Dresser, Highboy from the 1930's. All original with original metal Knobs only a few scuffs and a little rust starting to show in the paint. Nothing is dented, or missing. The dresser has the original wheels.
This all metal Simmons six drawer dresser has a wonderful shabby look, with cute little round drawer pulls! This dresser is on caster wheels and is easily maneuverable. It has four large drawers that slide nicely on their tracks, and two small drawers near the top. The dresser has also been repainted, it was previously pale rose, the color showing through in a few paint chips. The drawer pulls are original. This dresser has so much charm and would look cute as is with it's rustic look or it could easily be repainted to suit any style or color pallet. These metal dressers look fantastic stripped. There are some chips and scratches in the paint that come with age, but no dents or bends in the metal. See pictures.
