This is an exceptional classic French Secretary . You will love the stunning floral inlay on all sides of this piece created with a variety of exotic woods, including tulipwood, kings wood, and rosewood. The interior features 6 drawers, an open shelf, and additional spaces for letters. A gorgeous pink leather work space completes the details. On the outside, there are 2 bottom doors that reveal storage space. The brass ormalou/hardware is all original. For its age, this Secretary is in exceptionally good condition. All the marquetry is intact while the patina is absolutely perfect. A yellow marble top completes this Secretary. A true work of art. Imported from France by Chez Marie Antiques. See less
