Beautiful pair of American Art Deco disc-shaped polished chrome candle holders designed by Ruth and William Gerth for the Chase Brass and Copper Company . The candle holders were designed about 1934 and manufactured 1935 to 1938., each piece features the Chase Company maker's mark.
The middle disc and other surfaces are highly reflective of light and color when inserted candles are lit.

The best side of each candlestick is in the first photo. One candlestick has a large rust line on one side of the disk (2nd photo) and a small rust spot on the lower section of the other side of the disk (1st photo - difficult to see). Additionally, the felt on the bottom is worn and dirty. Please review all pictures closely, due to the reflective nature of the chrome, from a distance, the scratches aren't as noticeable. less
