Richard Kerr designed this beautiful statement clamper bracelet in the 1980s. The bangle is made of his signature pave rhinestones and features a large band shape covered with bi-color crystal rhinestones. The piece boasts bright colors of fuchsia pink and turquoise blue. The clamper is signed on the inside with the brand logo. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
