This extra-large coffee table is a 19th-century Ming-style piece originally used as a daybed in northern China. Crafted from solid wood with a weathered natural finish, it features a warm tone, rich patina, and beautifully worn surface that reflect its age and quiet elegance.
The proportions are broad and grounding, with softly rounded corners and recessed apron detailing true to Ming design. Its tactile surface carries subtle texture, natural grain variation, and the kind of honest wear that can only come from time and use.
