Large vintage Denstone #S-11431 one-gallon stoneware pitcher, standing 11.5 inches tall. Handsome utilitarian form with impressed stamp reading “Denstone 57 / S-11431 / U.S. Standard.”
Rich brown salt-glazed surface with subtle natural variations and fine wheel marks. Displays beautifully as rustic décor or can serve as a farmhouse-style water or flower jug.
Condition: Small nick on outer spout, a few minor surface dings and glaze flakes on interior neck and handle; no cracks or structural issues. Sound, clean, and displays very well.
