We have here a 1970s Folk Art Burnt Pine Hanging Planter. The artist crafted the planter in the shape of an owl with four corner sculptured pieces of pine that frame out the owl’s shape. In the center at the bottom is a round shelf that will hold a potted plant beautifully. The planter is large, so we think a big green fern would be perfect. The planter has brass chain at the top. The artist has burnished the pine wood giving the piece an overall Boho Chic look that also mixes well with Arts & Crafts, Rustic and Farmhouse decors.
