Elegant antique silver-soldered oyster serving tray by Reed & Barton, crafted for hotel or fine restaurant service in the early 20th century.
This substantial Art Nouveau–style piece features a sculptural oyster shell and seaweed motif, beautifully cast and silver-plated with the heavy-gauge quality typical of Reed & Barton’s hotel service line.
Marked “Reed & Barton – Silver Soldered” on the underside (manufacturer’s hallmark typical of their commercial hotelware). The design showcases flowing organic lines, reflecting the Art Nouveau movement’s fascination with natural forms and ocean imagery.

Dimensions: 11″ diameter × 1.5″ high.
A rare survivor from the golden age of American hotel silver — equally striking as a display piece, seafood service tray, or sculptural centerpiece.
