The pattern combines functionality with refined Art Deco details and remains one of the most sought-after Georg Jensen classics today. Georg Jensen (1866–1935) founded his silversmith workshop in Copenhagen in 1904. The firm quickly achieved international recognition for its combination of timeless Scandinavian design and outstanding craftsmanship. During the 20th century, several iconic cutlery patterns were created, including Kugle (1916), Pyramid (1926), and Cactus (1930), all considered true classics of Danish design history. See less
