A set of six vintage Italian plates by Mottahedeh. The pattern is a reproduction of classic 19th-century Creil et Montereau French faience, featuring a hand-colored transfer of a woman dressed in Regency/Empire style. Framed by an elegant pastel mint green rim decorated with a black laurel leaf garland and finished with fine gold striping. Perfect for sophisticated wall display, a china cabinet, or as unique accent plates on a dining table.
Faithful to the Creil pottery, these plates were made of faience earthenware and are minimally glazed.
