Le Baiser Donné (The Kiss Given) by Jean-Antoine Houdon, 29th Century
This sculpture is made of bronze, on a veined gray marble socle with ormolu mounts. It represents a couple embracing in a kiss. It is after Jean-Antoine Houdon (1741-1828) a French neoclassical sculptor. Houdon is famous for his portrait busts and statues of philosophers, inventors and political figures of the Enlightenment.
