Ivory Beige Cream White 1930s Hand Knotted Pile Geometric Medallion Rectangle Wool Antique Rug, Circa Date: 1930s. This exquisite piece from the 1930s showcases a remarkably open field, characteristic of the era's departure from dense traditional designs. The primary palette is dominated by soft, luminous hues, placing it squarely among the most desirable ivory beige cream white color rugs in our collection.

The composition centers around a sophisticated medallion executed in deep indigo and subtle tan, providing a striking focal point against the pale wool foundation. While the overall effect is whimsical due to the scattered animal motifs—including stylized horses—the structure of the central element and the border utilize precise, interlocking lines, firmly establishing it within the tradition of geometric rugs.

Scattered across the expansive, creamy expanse are charming depictions of horses and stylized trees, rendered in both solid indigo and faded blush tones, suggesting a playful, pastoral narrative. The exceptional quality of the hand-knotted pile and the gentle patina of the wool confirm its status as a genuine example of fine antique rugs, retaining superb structural integrity despite its age.

Framed by a complex border featuring a traditional cloud band motif above bands of vertical color stripes, this piece offers visual depth and definition. Its intimate dimensions make it an ideal choice among Small Scatter Size Rugs (5.02ft x 7.1ft), perfect for adding a layer of historical elegance to a hallway, entryway, or intimate seating area.
