In sterling silver with 18k yellow gold accents.

Set with a square-cut London blue topaz and a band of channel set small pink sapphires to ends of each arm of the cross, a bezel-set round pink sapphire to the center, and two rhodolite cabochons to the sides of the bail.

Fixed with a hinged bail.

Marked to the reverse: KONSTANTINO / 925 / 750
