When the American Government commissioned Adams to photograph the Western National Parks in the early 40s, he embarked on the trip of a lifetime, creating 225 riveting images of light playing across the natural world. Unfortunately, the Second World War intervened and the project was postponed and filed away. Now, for the first time, 85 of Adams' images are presented here, with excerpts from the wilderness writings of Theodore Roosevelt. See less
