The style is Impressionist abstract expressionism in oil on stretched canvas from the 1940s. The subject matter is a beautiful day at a park. There is an aqua water creek with an ivory white arched walking bridge. Women with Victorian attire and sun umbrellas are seen walking with children who are running in the green gardens. A group of children are playing with balloons. The artist signed the piece in the canvas margin stretched over the frame. It was brought to the United States rolled up by a family member and framed in New York City in the Mid-Century. The imagery and execution of the piece is stunning.
