the stone evokes a convincing mountain range: a dominant peak tapering into rounded ridges and a lower massif. Its surface shifts from softly polished to naturally rough, with fine veining and cloud-like inclusions in deep green—typical of serpentinite (possibly green marble).

the hand-made wooden stand (daiza-style) follows the stone’s contours. Warm timber with natural shrinkage cracks and gentle wear enhances its wabi-sabi presence. Together they form a calm, meditative composition that sits effortlessly in contemporary interiors.
