Created in France during the 19th century, this walnut commode showcases the stylistic characteristics of the Directoire period. The commode features a rectangular variegated grey marble top with protruding rounded corners in the front, sitting above an elegant façade. Three drawers are each accented with a brass frame and are fitted with linear hardware. Their dovetail construction reveals the piece's good age.
