The piece of furniture for your consideration is a Chinese Ming-style cabinet or sideboard. It is known for their simple, clean lines and classic, traditional design. It features brass hardware on the drawers and doors, and are handcrafted using traditional Chinese techniques such as wooden pegs and tenon structure. This cabinet was made at about 1850- -1900 using solid Jumu wood with two drawers and double opening doors compartment with removable center piece on the front. Both sides and back are finished. You can easily see from the pictures that some of the age wear but it shows you the beautiful patina. This stunning antique piece reflect the furniture art of Qing Dynasty.
