Large Bowl in Nero Marquinia, Bianco Michelangelo, Arabescato Vagli Filo Rosso and Rosso Levanto marbles.
Size: 22 x 12.7 cm, 8.6 x 5 in, smooth finishing. Commercial name: Gae L, Masters Collection by the Austrian designer Arthur Arbesser. Made in Italy, hand finished.
Imperfect balance
Who says a bowl has to be straight and still? Far from being a motionless prop, the Gae bowl overturns expectations and challenge furnishings in a constant search for an outstanding balance and – why not? – a game that’s as old as time yet ever new.
