An elaborate and intricately detailed domed centerpiece is flanked by tight rows of flattened link chains, finished with etched and notched panels at the clasps. Ernest Steiner was a European emigre to Canada in the 1920s, who believed all women should have access to beautifully made jewelry; he intended for his creations to pass for the real thing. His jewelry is extremely rare and much sought after. This bracelet is a stunnign example of his creativity and workmanship; the attention to detail, the weight and balance, and the subtle gold plating all attest to his masterful talent.
