This is a striking reproduction print of the Italian Estate Villa Medicial Cafaggiolo north of Florence in Tuscany. It’s taken from a 1599 painting by Giusto Gustav of the estate. The Estate construction began in 1452 and was one of the Medici family estates. It was a meeting place for some of the greatest intellectuals of the Italian Renaissance Villas. The painting shows the layout of both the buildings and gardens depicting green grass, fountains and plants. All symbolize the greatest luxury in the Tuscany region - irrigated water - which was a scarce commodity.
