Italy, 1960s. Great design in red and green ‘scavo’ glass. 'Scavo' literally means 'excavated' and what was intended with this method of glass processing is to achieve a result that resembles excavated centuries-old glass that comes out of the ground during an ancient excavation. A timeless and very elegant mid century Italian piece of glass art. Comes in a good and original condition with one small and minor chip - as pictured. See less
