Beautiful shield-shaped mirror with solid brass frame. This incredibly elegant mirror is attributed to Gio Ponti and was made in Italy in the 1950s.
This beautiful mirror has a solid brass frame, which makes it quite heavy. The brass has a wonderful golden patina that has not been polished in order to preserve its charm and historical value. The mirror inside is original from the period. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
