Three bronze ormulu floral motifs modestly adorn the face of the surround, while the rectangular panels between the floral motifs are framed in a classic, beaded bronze detail. This classic modest design is enhanced with gilt bronze mounts rising up above the cabled flutings that are carved on the corbel shaped jambs. This mantel is in good condition, having wear consistent with its age. One side of the marble adjacent to the right floral motif may require minor restoration. Please request more pictures before purchasing. This mantel is on display in the showroom of our flagship store located in NYC. The manufacturer and exact date of creation are unknown. The dimensions are 57 in. W x 42.5 in. H x 16 in. D, opening 43 in. W x 33.25 in. H x 11.5 in. D. There are 3 cracks on the top right corner. See less
