This is a Mid-Century Modern Floor Lamp by Norwegian lighting designer Gunnar Adolfson.
The lamp features a slender, straight-line metal body with a conical fabric shade. The shade has a two-tiered design, creating a unique diffused lighting effect. The lamp's arm is adjustable, allowing for the angle of the light to be changed. It is supported by a round, flat black base. This combination of a minimalist form, functional design, and mixed materials is characteristic of the mid-century modern style.
*This is not a Gunnar Asplund lamp, but Chairish didn't have the correct designer, so I had to put a "Gunnar" in for them to accept this listing. So, just to reiterate: This is a Gunnar Adolfson Floor Lamp.
