This is a pretty set of six antique hollow plates made by KG Lunéville in France between 1900-1930.
The series is called Moselle and the little yellow flowers are stencilled, sponge ware, onto the wide rim of these hollow plates. This style of hollow plate is great for serving pasta or rice or soup dishes where the bread can nicely sit on the rim.
There are signs of previous use commensurate with their age. There is some smudging of paint at the fabrication process. One plate has a tiny micro chip on the rim. Look at all the photos for details.
NOT recommended to put these in the dishwasher. The flowers would fade with the harsh detergents and continuous heat from the dishwasher can affect the more porous material of the plate itself.
