An early ceramic bowl designed by Anna Lisa Thomson for St. Erik Keramik, Uppsala, Sweden, circa 1920–1929. This piece reflects the refined Nordic Art Deco aesthetic, with a rounded body, small integrated handles, and a softly flared rim. The glaze features deep turquoise and earthy undertones, giving the surface a vibrant yet subtle character. (Eventually, St. Erik’s ceramics production was absorbed into Uppsala Ekeby, which grew into one of Sweden’s largest and most important ceramic manufacturers of the 20th century. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
