Three distinctive earthenware jugs with a soft gray-white glaze and bold, hand-painted calligraphy: two in deep black and one in cobalt blue. Remnants of braided rope and a cork stopper on one jug refer to their original use in a sake brewery or shop.
Dimensions per piece: height approx. 27 cm, diameter approx. 13 cm.
Decorative, wabi-sabi set with beautiful signs of age; each piece is unique due to the graceful brushstrokes and traditional glaze.
