The drawer with a metal handle, along with the front, top, and sides, is richly decorated with bold red-and-black graphics and text.

The front and top feature three Daruma figures, symbols of luck and resilience, while the sides carry inscriptions such as ケロリン (Kerorin – a well-known Japanese pain reliever for headaches and toothaches).
