Etching on laid paper realized by William Blake in 1825. Image dimension: 20x15 cm. Sheet dimension: 38.5x29.4 mm. Plate no. 3 of 22 of from "The Book of Job". This edition is probably from the second reprint of 65 copies, as it lacks the applied tissue paper (typical of the first 150 copies), but includes the inscription "proof" on the plate at the lower left (removed from the last 100 copies on Japan paper). Light display browning. The impression is slightly faded on the lower margin. Excellent overall condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
