A stunning and unique piece of Folk Art; a primitive hand made wooden submarine, which was acquired (prior to us) … Read more A stunning and unique piece of Folk Art; a primitive hand made wooden submarine, which was acquired (prior to us) from Folk Art dealer James Grievo. Its body seems to have been a bat then the mysterious artist added his vision to the rest. What brings it all together is the deep and rich charcoal black color that uniforms the whole piece. Two small metal hooks are added to be hung. The thread wire is our addition and can be replaced if you so desire. You can also have it sitting on a shelf, mantel, or desk. It's a sophisticated yet playful sculpture executed with a playful charm in mind.
