This is a very high quality set of vintage 1940s solid mahogany Chippendale style dining room chairs, manufacturer unknown but … Read more This is a very high quality set of vintage 1940s solid mahogany Chippendale style dining room chairs, manufacturer unknown but has the feel, look and quality of a Schmeig & Kotzian or Early Baker. Set includes 6 side and 2 armchairs. Each with a decorative back splat with carved crests and corners, slip in upholstered seats and Marlborough style squared legs with stretchers.
Upper section of chairs are in very fine condition. The legs and especially the lower section of the chairs have loss of color and finish from table they sat around for 40 years that has large brass feet caps. I will try and polish the chairs as best as I can before shipment.
Chairs measure 27 wide X 38 high for arms & 21.5 X 38 high for side chairs.

Items can be picked up in New Rochelle, NY 10805 at my storage unit by appointment only or I can delivery locally.
