Sergio Telles (Brazil, 1936–2022) presents a crayon-on-paper artwork depicting "French Park Scene," with birds ,figures strolling among trees and buildings. Signed in the lower left and dated 8-4-94, the piece measures 15.75" high, 17.25" wide, and 1.25" deep. A native of Rio de Janeiro, Telles was a renowned painter and illustrator who trained in art restoration at the Vatican Pinacoteca and studied with prominent Brazilian artists. His diplomatic career broadened his cultural horizons, fueling his travels and artistic inspiration. His work has been extensively exhibited and sold at international auctions.
