A stunning pair of antique Chinese stools with mortise and tenon joinery and fretwork along the base of the seats. This pair of stools comes with red seat cushions secured by red cords with tassels. The seat cushions have a floral motif. The stools are sturdy with some minor scuffs and nicks to the finish and fretwork. The cushions are free of any rips or noted stains. It is possible that the red cushions have some sun fading as they appear to be more of a muted red than the cords and tassels. This set of stools presents well and is functional.
