Created circa … Read more Original mid-century Japanese woodblock print by Amano Kunihiro (b. 1929), a noted artist of the sosaku hanga movement. Created circa 1963–1966, this work features stylized cliff forms and minimalist birds rendered in earthy red and black tones.

The piece is hand-printed on washi paper, signed and numbered 5/60 in pencil, and includes Amano’s coded title markings. The black fields show a subtle shimmer from mica pigments, a hallmark of Amano’s technique and proof of an authentic, hand-pulled impression.

Presented in its original 1960s frame with warm vintage character.
