Drawing inspiration from Wassily Kandinsky and Sonia Delaunay, this hand-knotted wool contemporary Moroccan style area rug beautifully embodies abstract Orphism. The abrashed dark gray field features beige circles. In some areas, there is also the effect of natural wear and tear in an erased design, as if the paint has chipped away from the main pattern to a fashionable, rustic effect.
