Bring 1980s architectural glamor into your dining room with this striking racetrack oval dining table. Attributed to the renowned workshop of Muller’s of Mexico (Muller Hermanos), this statement piece features a highly dramatic, book-matched black onyx top beautifully bordered by a 4-inch band of cream onyx.
The table top rests securely on two monumental, matching cream onyx pedestals anchored by architectural black stone bases. At 70 inches long, this table comfortably seats 6 guests and commands any space it inhabits.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The original, age-yellowed factory acrylic clear coat has been professionally shaved and polished, restoring the surface to a sleek, beautiful, natural semi-gloss finish that showcases the true tactile texture and veining of the premium onyx.
Dimensions: 70" W x 48" D x 29-30 H
Construction: 3-Piece construction (Top lifts completely off the two independent pedestals for easier transport).

The original, factory acrylic clear coat began to peel and delaminate over time, which is very common for 1980s Muller pieces. The tabletop was subsequently professionally shaved, ground down, and polished back to a beautiful natural finish. This process safely removed the old plastic layer to showcase the raw, pristine beauty and natural texture of the black and cream onyx stone. There are no cracks, structural compromises, or deep chips to the stone body or the pedestals. Light, age-appropriate surface wear may be present upon close inspection. less
