It features a 2 inch tall rim with a groove in the center of the rim, possibly to accommodate a glass dome to protect cheese or pastries. While the teak wood is perfectly food safe, this piece transports you back in time to the 1960s with its clean lines and patina, and would look amazing as a catch-all on a console, or as a valet/dresser tray for jewelry and trinkets, or as a desk organizer. And yes, obviously, any home bespoke bar setting deserves a perfect serving tray. We hope this piece finds a home with a passion for mid 20th century and Scandinavian design.
