Originally used in China in the late 1800s to store wine and water. Each handcrafted pot is unique in shape and glaze. This urn has turned ridges on the lower half and a dimpled finish on the upper half. Classic black glaze works well in every decor from traditional to modern.
The large vase measures about 16 inches tall and 12 inches in diameter. The base is 8 inches in diameter. The opening is about 6 1/2 inches in diameter. The pot is very heavy and sturdy.
